Curing depression

Depression affects many people at various stages of life. It carries an awful feeling as it literally drains a person and leaves them without energy. Most people with depression feel like it’s the end of the road and that life can’t get any better but this is not the case. There are many different definitions of depression with many different names such as clinical depression and chronic depression. These names mean very little to me as I treat people as a human being rather than a label. Like the vast majority of cases I have dealt with the cause is because a person’s thought processes are out of sink and need rebalancing with thought re-training.

Thought re-training via myself or studying the process in the principles of life book is the cornerstone to curing depression.  Depression can be cured but it takes work on your behalf and a commitment to the cause. No half-hearted attempts are needed, only open-minded determination. Most people who suffer from depression can indeed be helped or even cured by using the thought re-training method. In some cases depression has been diagnosed as a chemical imbalance in the brain, which is true. But what causes this imbalance. Some experts say that a lack of the chemical seritonin is the cause of depression but what causes this loss of seritonin? It is my own opinion that the chemicals that negative thoughts produce attack seritonin and destroy it leaving that person unable to pull out of their depression. This is only my own theory but I find that when I teach people how to control and dismiss their negative thoughts they become happier all by themselves! Can it be a coincidence?

There is only one thing that brings about long-term depression and that is thinking. The person who is depressed suffers from an overactive conscious mind involvement and thinks about the wrong things. This person focuses on the negative aspects of their past or present and mulls those thoughts over. Sitting at home and “thinking” is definitely a no-go area as this can only lead to more negative analysis. Depressed people usually see the glass as half-empty and only see the negative in everything that happens. They do not appreciate the good things that they do have in life; instead they focus only on the bad. Depression is caused by thinking thoughts that are of no real value and then rethinking them over and over again. This person has allowed the conscious mind to dominate their thinking totally and the garbage it tells them to run riot. The person who suffers depression affects not only themselves but also anybody who comes into contact with them, including their long-suffering family.

In therapy, curing depression is dealt with quickly by treating the cause generally a few sessions with myself with ongoing treatment if needed. There is a lot to learn and work to be done if a resolution from this common problem is what you are looking for. Depression is also a bad habit that becomes ingrained with the repetition of certain thoughts. It seems hard when you are depressed to think that you could ever be free from this state but with the right help and the right knowledge you can do it. You just have to know what to do and how to do to be able to change it. If your location or money is an issue the principles of life book was created to give you all the same help without the travel or cost.
